Well, this is my first post after getting home from Disney yesterday. I am soooo home sick...already! We had a wonderful time, and Old Key West was a beautiful resort. We loved it!
About the CROCS.....I have to admit that I was the biggest skeptic about these shoes. I am definitely a sneaker-and-sock kind of girl when hiking through the Parks. Every year my sister and I make it a point to criticize all people wearing anything but sneakers and socks into the Parks. :lmao: We couldn't imagine wearing flip flops or high heels!!! When crocs first came out and we started noticing people wearing them in Disney we vowed we would never buy them..........then I discovered the DisBoards. I researched every thread about these and then purchased a pair. Actually, me and 7 of my family members purchased them. The first day I wore them with socks. (I know, I know, it is ugly, but in Disney I decided comfort comes first :hippie: ) I thought for sure I would get blisters.....the next day, no socks, and no blisters. To make the long story short, I took down 4 pairs of shoes. The crocs did not leave my feet the entire trip--all 14 days! They were the most comfortable, cool, non-blistering, pair of shoes I have ever owned--and I am not over-exaggerating.
After I post this, I am actually going to order another pair, or two. They really do live up to all the hype!
FYI-I wore the Beach pair in a small. I normally wear a size 7.5 and they fit perfectly. My left toes were a little snug initially, but after gently pulling back on the strap and wearing them a couple of days, they fit perfectly.
