HHI First Timer

We will be going down to Hilton Head for our first time next week and I was hoping someone could tell me if you need to bring extra paper products (ie - toilet paper, paper towels, etc.) - or if they provide enough to last you the trip! I am trying to figure out what we need to bring with us -

If you run out just call housekeeping and they'll bring extra supplies, they do charge for additional towels, coffee and laundry detergent. Have a great trip.

Do you they give you dish liquid?
Is there soap to run the dishwasher?

Yes, all DVC resorts provide (and replenish) dish detergent, toilet paper and paper towels. As already noted, if you want additional towels, soaps, coffee, tea or laundry detergent there would be a charge.

Also just so you know there is a Super Walmart on the island. I know my family is very particular about certain things esp. laundry detergent. I always go to super walmart within 24 hours of getting to HH to buy certain things that wouldn't fit in the car.

The gift store carries a 1 load box of tide for .75 cents. (or close to it)

The soap and shampoos are the new H2O products that the rest of WDW uses.

they have brought me extra trash bags, paper towels, dish detergent etc. in the past and have never charged me. towels they will charge. (unless it is because some towels were missing like the dish towel or some wash clothes)

they are nice folk down there.
