May 27th to Jun 6th!! Who is with me?

Will arrive at the World on the 27th and leave the morning of the 6th of June...
We are staying at ASMusic~~anyone else? It seems like I have had forever to plan and :laundy: pack, but the departure day is virtually HERE?! Where has the time gone?:confused3 Absolutely going to pack TODAY! Hope to derive an itenary tomorrow :surfweb: with the help of TG MIKE, this looks to be more work than I expected. Going on this trip will be myself (42), my dd (18) and just grad. hs, my sister (32), her husband, and my nephew (5yo). We are driving down in my minivan, leaving on Sat early am, the 26th. My dd and I have been a couple of times, although it has been a few years. My sister and her family have never been...so I want it to be perfect :thumbsup2
The adults want to do all the thrill rides and we also want to do all the young kids stuff...so planning is a little tedious..

We are flying down on Tuesday, May 29th and returning on June 6th. Will be staying at the Beach Club. I wonder how the crowds will be. We almost always go to WDW the week after Thanksgiving but decided this year we would like to again see the Flower & Garden festival (especially the concerts). We will be returning Nov. 25th to WDW which is my favorite time of year. Am a little apprehensive about this trip; crowds, heat, etc. Oh well, we love Disney so I know we will have a great time. Hope you have a wonderful and safe trip!!!!

Nswift we fly out of Saint Louis on the 27th and will be returning June 1st in the evening. I'm glad to see another family from Saint Louis on the Disboards.

:) We fly to Tampa on May 27, but are going to the beach and Busch Gardens first. Then we're heading to Disney for June 2-10 at ASMusic. We have planned this trip since January and can hardly wait to go! You all aren't too far from us--we live just south of Springfield, Missouri. Everyone have a good trip!

Thanks for all the replies! It is great to see who else is planning with you. Are you all packed? I have everything in the suitcase, but still need to do the itinerary and a few driving details. Since we are driving down, I hope to sleep a little tomorrow--I always plan to do this and it never happens.

K null81--Where are you staying? We have lived in St. Louis, well Ballwin actually, for 4 years.

LisaY--I have never been to Springfield. Are you flying down?

Jemna28--Houston, huh...I am from outside of Dallas, Tx and my husband is from Sugarland--outside of Houston.

DisneyHolidayFan--I was a little concerned about the heat for my sister (very heat sensitive) and my 5yo nephew. We bought these great personal misters from WalMart--cheap, lightweight and no batteries. My sister actually read about them here on the boards. They are small enough to fit where a water bottle would go (smaller actually) and work great. I also bought one of those scarf things that you wet and they have the gel stuff inside that expands--already tested that a picnic and it was wonderful! Bought it at REI for about 8 bucks, but my sister bought a similiar one for a couple dollars at WalMart. Hope it won't be too hot for you! Have fun anyway :-)

We're leaving tomorrow and will hit a park Saturday morning. We'll be there through June 2 at the CBR. I'm doing one more load of laundry, then starting to pack. I have a list to pack, but haven't yet decided which park to go to Saturday and Sunday. Still working on that.

June 3-10 for us! We are so excited because we found out some friends will be going the same week with their 2 girls :banana:

I just organized matching colored t-shirts for the boys. They are wearing their sandals to make sure there are no hot spots. Bathing suits packed. Shorts will have to wait until next week :laundy:

For some reason I've been quite lazy with getting stuff ready but I finally finished getting all my son's stuff ready last night. Today after work I will run around doing last minute errands and then pack my stuff tonight. then we have birthday party and picnic tomorrow then bed early for a six am flight on Sunday !!! it seems like we've been waiting forever. staying at All star Movies and hitting Magic Kingdom on Sunday
