Have you ever noticed how the second place winner always does better than the first place winner?
For example Carrie Underwood and Bo Bice.

That's uh, kinda the point. Vote for your favorite... as much as you want... that's one of the reasons people like AI...

I spent at least an hour voting for Jordin (and like 15 mintues on Blake, lol)

And to whoever was saying Bo had more succsess than Carrie...:confused3 he had one single that did okay. Carrie has at least two really popular songs, and at least two or three other pretty good ones. And at least a country music award. Okay. I do not watch American Idol in between the Tryouts and Season Finale, but I think him saying her age is meaning he is trying to get a point acrossed. I think it's pretty amazing that Jordin, a 17 year old can put out so much vocally like that. It's a great talent and to be recognized for it when only that age is just amazing in itself.

Sure, they both have great voices, vocally are both amazing, and they both have had their major ups and downs, but hey.. Power to Jordin for this. It's such a great accomplishment either way and I think it's important to let others know her age even if it is not something involved with the competition.

Anywho.. I am rooting for Jordin, because in my opinion I think she could take her talent further than Blake could. (Although they will both get record deals in the end). Also, again for her age (17) she is just amazing and she actually can sing unlike that other crazy guy that changed his hair and got votes for amusement each week.. Sorry Sanjaya fans... It was awful.. possibly one of the reason I wouldnt watch in between from now on. :lmao:

I think Melinda got voted off because people didn't like her innosence (sp?) or they thought it was fake.

In my opinion, she always acted suprised when the judges commented her. It was like she didn't believe in herself. Who, me? A good singer?

Blake has a better performence then Jordin does, but Jordin has a better voice (or vocal) then Blake does. But at the same time it's american idol not performance idol.

Yea.Blake is good at singing and great at performance's but personally I think Jordin has the better voice. It's amazingg for a 17 year old.
