Sheraton Vistana Villages

We have the Villages booked for August. Last time we stayed there we were in the Lakes secion. What are the buildings in the Villages section?

What is the difference in the units from the Lakes section to the Villages?

Any special location requests I should put on the reservation or anything else?

You are talking about two completely different resorts not 2 parts of the same resort. Lakes is part of the Vistana Resort. Vistana Villages is located on International Drive. It is newer and you do not have to worry about the condition of the room/part of the resort the same way you do with Vistana.

Calgarygary is correct. The Lakes are in the main Vistana resort.
The Villages is divided into different sections though : Key West, Amelia and Bella Florida. I'm not sure of the differences in them though. Maybe someone who owns there or has stayed there could help you. But as Calgarygary said, you don't need to be concerned with getting any dated villas, as I don't think they even broke ground at Vistana Villages until 2001 and construction is still going on I believe. The main Vistana property was purchased in 1980---so there are older sections.
