Hi,
I signed up for passport to fun last week but I kept getting an error message saying it didn't go through. I also never received an email confirmation. The problem is there is a $16 charge on my simon cc. I tried to call them to have them removed but they could find no record of it in their system. They said I could fax in a copy of the charge to their corporate office to have it investigated. Any advice? Has this happened to anyone else. It was charged on 5/19.

Yes, the same exact thing happened to me too. Except I don't think mine was for $16.00. I think it was only for the $1.00? The charges were reversed and dropped off in about a week.:)

Thanks! Did you have to do anything to reverse the charges? Maybe I should give it until Friday until I fax anything.

I didn't have to do anything. :thumbsup2 It is my understanding that the companies often do these 'pending' charges and after 5-7 days, the get reversed. Not sure if the companies reverse them or Simon.. :confused3

Some of the companies that charge you $1 to sign up will charge your card $16 to make sure it's active with a prepaid the charge posts right away but with a real credit card you never see it. The same thing happened to me when I tried to sign up for at home rewards and it was reversed back in a week. I did call simon when this happened to me and that it what they told me. I would give it a week and if nothing happens call simon.
