If it doesn't have to be in a park then I'm thinking Beaches and Cream in the Yacht and Beach Club in the Epcot Resorts area. It's like a diner. You could easily go to either Epcot or Disney Studios after.
Here's the menu. http://allearsnet.com/menu/menu_bc.htm

They had pretty small portions though, if I recall correctly. It was expensive considering the amount they gave.

Mama Melrose is really good. But if you want some good entertainment as well, go with 50's Prime Time Cafe in MGM.
Some other good ones are Rainforest Cafe (right outside Animal Kingdom) and the Canadian resturaunt in Epcot (I can't think of it's name right now).

The food's disappointing. It's good entertainment with the 50's video clips, but when it comes to the actual food, uh, I give it a B- or C.

Mama Melrose was crap. Disgusting.
My personal favorites are Boma, for the variety. Chef Mickey's, for the experience. And Le Cellier, for the food.

50's prime time cafe, definately.
We went to Mama Melrose's once and we vowed to never go back. I can't wait until November (DDP!!!!AGAIN!). We're eating at: Le Cellier, Biergarten, The Yachtsman, Pecos Bill's (traditional first day dinner), 50's Prime Time, 1900 Park Fare, and one other place. I can't remember it, though. Le Cellier is a must visit every trip!

same here for all of them.
except for 1900 park fare, never been.
even though it's counter service, i'm obsessed with la cantina opposite the mayan pyramid in mexico. it's got great food, plus it's a great spot to view illuminations.

I love their beans and rice, even though they appear disgusting.
1900 Park Fare, I think the food is so-so.
Pecos Bills...my very favorite counter service. Probably my favorite restaurant period. I always order the chicken wrap. :]

I LOVED Mama Melrose. They have the best spaghetti. I also love Spoodles on the boardwalk, though they are a bit on the expensive side.
