Has anyone stayed at the Grosvenor Resort recently? I have 2 nights booked there in a Disney View Room prior to our arrival at CBR.
Any information would be helpful.
Thanks
Krissy

Was the Hilton not available? That is a terrific hotel.

the Hilton was a quite a bit more expensive and they do not offer travel agent discounts. The Grosvenor did offer a travel agent discount and from some of the reviews maybe I can understand way. The reviews are not that good. I thought I would check it out for myself before referring clients to it. We have only stayed at WDW resorts and have never had a car while in WDW to go explore. This time we are driving from Texas instead of flying.

I've stayed on Priceline a number of times (it has been a few years), I was not impressed at all with many aspects of the resort. It wasn't worth the $35 or so I paid.
I do know they are undergoing renovations, and there are some better recent reviews on Trip Advisor. It would take a few months of good reviews (making sure they were real and not from the hotel itself) to go there ever again.
It is in a good location near DD. I really like the Hilton, I never checked for a TA discount (I got it last on Priceline).
