We have Virgin air miles, and have booked a package deal via a travel agent.
Does anyone know if we can upgrade our flight using our points with them, or do we have to book direct with them.
Hope i have explained myself well

I am almost 100% certain that you have to have booked your flights direct with the flying club to be able to use your miles.

Do you know what class of travel they have booked you in? (not Economy, PE etc.. but the travel code, i.e. Y, B, G, L, etc...)
This can effect your ability to upgrade on the ticket.

Not sure but think you can only upgrade with miles if you have booked direct with VA.

Okay tahnks it was worth a try, as we are not travelling with them next year, and thought we could have a bonus this year, but never mind

It would be worth a quick phone call to Flying Club's Customers services and see what they say.
