Total speculation re: AKV resales?

On another thread, Dean mentioned that he won't be surprised to see AKV resales being available in the not too distant future. Since I happen to consider him knowledgeable (maybe 'cause I agree with many of his points :laughing: ), I started wondering. :scratchin

IIRC, some AKV points have already been posted on the rent board; can those resales be far behind? :rolleyes1 Any guesses out there?

(It'll sure be easy to spot...........when they pop up, they'll be listed first, since the list is in alphabetical order :rotfl2:!)

That assumes they even make it to the listings :)Which they likely won't for a number of reasons. If one wanted AKV resale, I'd get on as many lists as possible.
