That I chose to quit smoking the day I flew out to Japan so tomorrow will be (trumpets please) three weeks that I've been smoke free! Woo hoo! The patch has defnitely helped big time.
And who knew that the smell of smoke while walking down the street would make me sneeze????
22 year bad habit is gone baby!

That's wonderful! Hard habit to break - but so worthwhile! Congrats on a great achievement!
(have you noticed yet how things smell/taste different?that was one of the first things I noticed after I quit!)

Way to go! :thumbsup2
I am always happy to see that someone has been able to kick the habit. With the new changes to WDW resorts' smoking policies, it's perfect timing to make your vacations even more enjoyable. Congrats! Maggie

Isn't it a glorious sense of freedom, being without the need for a cigarette?! Congratulations to you for taking control of your health!
You will come (if you haven't already) to HATE the smell of cigarette (and other tobacco) smoke.
Just think of all the things you can do and the places you can go now without having to schedule a smoke!
