What sizes do the stuffed animals come in at WDW?

Pretty much every size - from beanie baby type to big!

I saw something cute at Mousegears yesterday - I suppose Disney's answer to Webkinz - they have several different animals - different Disney characters - and you can then buy a purse to carry it in, as well as clothes. I took a photo of the display, and will post later tonight.
These are Halloween but they have this size in just about any character you might want

But they can come from very small like keychain size to extremely huge like 3' tall or something... maybe bigger.

Some can be really BIG...the last time my parents took us to Disney in 1998, they allowed us to bring home a Mickey Mouse each that was easily a metre tall :lmao: We had to sit on Mickey's knee on the plane on the way home because he was too large to fit in the over-head cabins! Can you imagine two kids dragging massive Mickey's through Manchester Airport...I wonder were we'd been on holiday??? ;)
