Hi. I was just wandering if anyone has recipes for easy desserts, made in a crock pot?

This is the only one I make in the crockpot.

Pumpkin Job

16 oz pumpkin
2½ tsp pumpkin pie spice
2 tsp vanilla
1 can evaporated milk
¾ c sugar
½ c Jiffy mix
2 Tbl margarine
2 eggs
2 apples, sliced (opt)

Spray crockery with non-stick spray. Beat ingredients together until smooth with a hand mixer. Pour into crockery. Cook on Low 6-8 hours, High 3-4 hours. Top with cool whip or ice cream. Optional: add 2 apples sliced. Serves 6

I have to tell you that I've made the pumpkin job and really liked it (and I'm not a big fan of pumpkin pie spice.) :)

This recipe was posted by Imzadi almost a year ago:

Upside Down Chocolate Pudding Cake

1 cup Bisquick
1 cup sugar
1/3 cup and 3 Tbsp. unsweetened cocoa
1/2 cup milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 2/3 cup hot tap water

Mix bisquick, 1/2 cup sugar, 3 Tbsp. cocoa, milk and vanilla. Spoon batter evenly into lightly greased crockpot. Mix remaining sugar, cocoa and hot tap water. Pour over the batter that is already in the crockpot. Cook on high 2 1/2 hours or until batter no longer looks shiny on top.

*Note:* This ends up looking like a cake from the top, but when you slice (scoop) the cake, there is a layer of pudding underneath it. Very rich! Serve warm

Here is the thread it was on -- if you want to see all the comments. :)

I just realized I never put in the link for the original thread about that crockpot pudding dessert mentioned above.

Here it is now: http://www.disboards.com/showthread.php?t=1153049

OMGosh! I just made this and it was amazing! We loaded it with whip cream and had it with a tall glass of cold milk. I will have to work it off tomorrow, but it was worth it!
