For a room only ressie, when does the balance have to be paid. I know it is on this board somewhere, but can not find it. Thanks.

Room only the balance can be paid at check in (there is a 5 day cancellation policy or you forfeit your 1 night deposit)

Yes that is correct. Room only ressies must be paid at check in. If you incur other room charges then those are paid at teh end of your stay.
