Hi All, :goodvibes

After reading the Brits Guide (for the thousandth time lol!) I'm thinking of visiting either Silver Springs or Cypress Gardens, for a change.

Has anyone got any views/opinions on which is best?

We're going in Dec for 9 days before a 7 day DCL cruise. Going to do all Disney Parks and Seaworld, Not doing Universal/Busch this time, we have a car so transport isn't a problem :)

Do you think December is too cold to visit these parks? Or are they year round attractions? Do you think either would be worth using a day of our precious vacation on? Or would it be best spent elsewhere?

Any help would be appreciated thanks :goodvibes

Hi :)
we went to Silver springs last August-fantastic day out! - we were going to go back this year, but after reading the brits guide(as well !!:rotfl: ) i am thinking of going to cypress gardens instead as we have never been there.
Silver springs is a good 2 hours away, and you would spend best part of a day there.

Thanks Netty, I would ideally love to do both but as we're only going to be there 9 days i think it'll be too much becaude we want to spend some of our free days shopping for the cruise (as you do, lol!:lmao: )

Cheers :thumbsup2

I got married at cypress gardens, it was very pretty...that was 13 years ago:eek: and I understand it has been revamped since then. It never gets swamped with tourists so its a peaceful 'away from the masses' kinda place.:thumbsup2

Thanks Andrea,

Sounds lovely, think we'll have to try them both if we have enough time ;)
