Do NOT order Disney reward dollars online

FYI...I ordered my reward dollars about 2 weeks ago online so I can have them in time to pay towards my final payment. Several days ago I realized I haven't rec'd them yet. So I call Chase and it shows it's been taken out of the account but no card issued. So they tell they will put an inquiry and call me back in 48 hours.

Luckily I requested it way in advance just in case. Of course I tell customer service an earlier date...so long story short they call back to tell me it won't make it by the time I need it but they will call me with the card number two days prior to when I need it. Another call the next day to say they can't give me the # over the phone but will rush ship it and I should get it the day after I need it (again my cushion on time will be fine).

They could tell I was annoyed so they gave me an extra $20 of reward dollars for the inconvenience!

Now let's hope I get it in time!

So when I add the rest of the dollars before the cruise I WILL be CALLING them to transfer it! No more online must be some kind of glitch :confused3

If you do not have a valid card to transfer the rewards dollars to then they won't transfer. Always be sure you have a VALID card before transferring

I have never had an issue with my cards. I always have a current card to transfer to. No delays ever

There's usually no delay if you have a valid card b/c I was told it's immediate, but if you are getting a NEW card then call them up.

Also don't forget the dollars do have an expiration date.

I just ordered a new card and had all my reward dollars put on it in preparation of my July trip. I did it online, so I will have to keep a watch out for it! Thanks for the head's up!

I just had to order a new card for an expired one. I received it in less than a week.

I have never redeemed any reward dollars (saving them all for payment for cruise)..... So, for a first timer, I need to call them and have them transferred to reward card. Appx. how long will it take from my phone call till I get the reward card?
