Disney in December

We are considering doing a trip to Disney over the Christmas break. Can anybody please tell me pros/cons about going this time and what about the weather? I have two kids in high school and pulling them out isn't an option. I really didn't want to go over the summer months. I would appreciate any help that you can provide for me!
