As virgin now wiped off the 5% online discount? so does that mean FVC will get a full 10% off? As I was just pricing up and noticed the 5% isnt advertised?

Yes if you are a FVC member you will get 10% off unless you opt out into the benefit scheme they are now offering.

There were a lot of people saying they had had a new card or been told that they were not entitled to the fvc discounts because they hadn't spent enough.I never recieved an e-mail /card or anything from them or a new card.Do you think it is because we have spent over £15000 with them in the last 3 years. What benifits are they offering instead of the discount. Is there a link telling me this?sorry if it is a silly question:scared1: :grouphug:

Hmmm strange that you haven't heard from them. Best bet is to give them a call on 0844 5573895. Here are the new benefits (http://www.virginholidays.co.uk/fvc/info/benefits/).

I got a letter saying I didnt qualify anymore (which is wrong) but havent bothered to call em as I now book my own flights/hotel etc and findit works out cheaper for the exact same thing (or better).
The annoying thing is they are obviously not counting the booking I made last year but had to cancel on the night before we flew due to a serious illness in the family - VH kept all their money so a bit tight to say the least in not counting it towards my FVC entitlement.
Still qualify even without that as I have been booing with them for years but just cant be bothered with em now.
