Hi I have a question about EE I got an email today from DL that says it offers the following rides for EE as of now anyway, King arthur car., Mad tea party, Dumbo the flying eleph., Mr toads, Alice in wond., Pinocchios daring flight, Snow whites Scary Advent., Its a small world, Buzz lightyear Astro, Astro Orbitor, Space Mt., & Star tours. Any suggestions on which order to do them in? The ridemax doesn't show all of those for EE, Does anyone know if all of those are really open EE? Thanks in advance:goodvibes :cool1:

I think all of Fantasyland is available at EE. Peter Pan lines are always horrendous, if you can grab that one first, that'd be what I'd do. Follow with Mr. Toads and Dumbo. Grab a Buzz fastpass as you get on the line to do that one, same with Space Mountain (not heard that this or Star Tours were open early but if they are hit them - especially Space and get that fastpass!) Pinocchio and Snow White lines are never bad, so I'd save those for the last.

So I would not count on these being open even if the e-mail said they would be. In any case, even if they were I would stick with RideMax's EE suggestions. If IASW were open for EE, it such a high capacity ride that you could skip it and do it during regular hours just fine. Astro Orbiters is about the only one of the three I would consider for EE, and that would be if I had multiple EE days. If I had just one, I would focus on FantasyLand only. It has been rumored that sometimes ST is open for EE.

Can anyone tell me when I find out what days I can do EE when i'm there from June18-23rd? Thanks!EE is on Mon/Tue/Thurs/Sat. If there is a grad night the previous evening, then I have heard they do not hold EE. But that is not the case the week of June 18. If you are staying at a DLR hotel, you can use EE on all of those days. If not, you can use it on one of those days if you have a 3+ day bonus ticket (which is the typical ticket you get).

vbecky, I also would doubt IASW, the Orbiter & Star Tours open during EE. But even if they were, I would NOT do them during EE & (like most here have recommended) focus on Fantasyland Rides.
I posted a similar question (as yours) a couple months back which resulted in a lot of discussion & opinions (and info) on Early Entry. Here's the link:
www.disboards.com/showthread.php?t=1392671
Please be advised that:
- The most important thing is to be AT THE GATE at least 30 minutes before EE opening.
- We had stayed across the street (at the Fairfield) and it took my family about 18 minutes to walk from our motel door to DL front gate. (not counting the 20 min. we were at McDonalds picking up coffee & McSomethings)
- If one Rocks through FL during the hour of EE (& then picks up a 2-4 FP's for later) it makes it easier to take a mid day break still see/do what you want to the rest of the day.
My recommendation for EE would be (in order):
- Peter Pan.
- Dumbo.
- Matterhorn.
- Alice.
- Mr. Toad.
- Snow White (or Pinocchio)
- Pinocchio (or Snow White)
- (If the hour isn't up yet) The Carousel.
As soon as you are able to (once the park opens for non-EE folks & you're able to start pulling Fast Passes), I would then get a FP for Space Mountain.
After the above is accomplished it kind of depends on your family and what you all like to do, but by following the instructions of really knowledgable people (hydroguy & others), I did the above (in order) & was able to save LOTS of time on our EE day.
(But get in line at the gate at least 30 minutes before opening!!)

Don't discount your weekdays on early entry - sometimes those days are so much emptier than weekends. We tend to skip EE on Saturdays and do the other days because of the increase of people. Either way - tons of fun!!!

you didn't mention kids/no kids, and or ages.
We have older kids (ds13 dd9), and they had very little interest in Fantasyland.
So, if you don't have much interest in FL, then you can hit Space Mountain, and ride it multiple times with ZERO wait. Our plan was always hit Space Mountain twice, and then do Buzz, and run around the corner and do Matterhorm. By that time, it was either opening time, or a few minutes after opening time, and we would run over to Indy, so that we didn't have to do a fast pass, there was practically no wait.
Just another option, in case you want to try it. Good luck, and enjoy!

We received one EE with our 14 day pass but as so little of the park was actually operating those rides that were were busier than other mornings. We did our fantasyland stuff at park opening on a non EE day and the place was empty, did all those rides (Peter Pan twice) before 9am (We were there in June/July). Use your EE to go in 20 minutes before park opening so you can be at your favourite busy ride (Splash, Space etc) as soon as it starts, however be warned during the busier months a lot of other people do this too.

A lot of times we have skipped EE just to get some extra rest - I hate to wake a sleeping toddler...lol... I really like the late nights better, the crowds diminish significantly, especially in Fantasyland and if your kids can do late like ours, it's pure heaven! lol...

It used to be that resort guests could utilize the EE everyday that it was offered with valid park passes, but alas no more. :sad2: I booked our trip yesterday and was told that resort guests are no longer granted EE multiple days. It is just one day, no different than a 3 day or more parkhopper. :sad1:

Hi I received an email from DL and this is what they said
Guests of the hotel may enter during Early Entry as long as they have a
valid admission ticket to DISNEYLAND® Park for the day.
We hope to see you at Disneyland Resort sometime soon!
but I will surely check into that!!

Who informed you? A travel agent? A CM at the resort? Did they tell you the date they will or have stopped offering this benefit? They're quite probably misinformed. Until I hear DLR hotel guests are being rejected at the EE gates, I won't believe it.

I've been hearing a lot of conflicting reports on this issue lately on various boards. It seems many people are being told that the resorts no longer offer multiple EE days for the length of stay. We're going to the Disneyland Hotel in June for our first ever DL trip and we were really looking forward to using this multiple times. Maybe AT LEAST we will be able to use one with our 6 day park hopper and one extra day for the hotel.

I just got off the phone with GC and she said as long as you have your tickets to get into the parks you can use the EE every day they offer it??

I would believe that they'd continue it for hotel guests. Or is it - I refuse to believe I can't have it! lol...

I booked a trip for july on Tues 5/8/07 thru the disney travel co. and asked about EE. the rep said we only get one day. I replied that I thought if i was staying at the disneyland hotel I could have EE every day that it was offered. He told me that it used to be that way but not anymore. I replied that the travel co rep I had spoken to the month before said that it was a little known fact that guests of the disneyland resorts could use EE multiple times. He said that that person was wrong and he was very sorry we were misinformed but that multiple days of EE for resort guests was no longer offered. It had been discontinued. i booked anyway, of course, and after reading these posts, i hope he was the one who was wrong not the other rep.

Could it possibly be that when you book your package they are only giving you the one ee with the packag but the onsite resort then when you check in will give you the others? Cause I know I spoke to someone at GC today and she said you get one from the hotel for everyday you have a ticket? I don't know I really am hoping for that anyone going real soon that can help fill in the gap for this?

I realize it's been about 2 1/2 months since we were there, but they DID allow you EE for every day that you stayed on site. One time, we had a rookie gate person, and he stopped us, and said our days had been used up (we were thinking our 6 day passes were up). He called a supervisor, and she asked to see our room key, and then allowed us to go in.
