Renaissance Orlando-Sea World
Great property and across the street.
We stayed here thru Priceline and were very pleased.

We just returned from a week at the Hilton Grand Vacation Resort. It is a great place with 3 pools, 2 kiddie pools, numerous hot tubs and so much more. And it is right across the street from the entrance to Sea World. You would have to walk the length of the parking lot. I regret not buying the annual pass deal to Sea World because everyone talked about how much they enjoyed it. I bought the $86 Universal deal and did not like the place one bit. We tried it for 3 days at about 3 hours each and finally decided we were punishing ourselves. But we really enjoyed our 2-bedroom condo at HGVR. There was another hotel that was a little closer, maybe it was a Renaissance. But I recommedn this Hilton on Sea Harbor Drive.

you got an annual pass for US/IOA for $86?
or is this just the 7 day pass that is advertised now?

No. I got the 7-day pass to Universal but Sea World is offering an annual pass for about the price of a one-day admission. And they are building a huge water park to be opened next year.

the fun pass - well SW has changed the rules again. is only offering the fun pass to those who live in Florida.
at least on the internet.
hopefully everyone can still buy them in person.
although their regular annual pass - especially the 2-year one is still a good bargin.
