Banking rented points?

I just had an idea to gather enough points for my DD Disney wedding next April. If I purchased rented points, would I be able to bank them? What if they expired this year? My use year is June.

If you're looking at points to be transferred in, you'll have the one per use year limitation. If you work it right you might be able to transfer in this year and next year and bank this years. If you rent points from another member that stays in their accounnt it's unlikely you'd be able to have them banked unless you pay in full up front and the points are bankable. For that situation you'd just want to make arrangements for a reservation rather than worry about the points.

When you "rent points" you are really renting a reservation. You would want to transfer points into your account. And, like Dean said, you are limited to one transfer a year.
