Universal and DU?

Since the "search" engine has been temporarily shut down, I hope you don't mind my asking a possibly frequent question:

Does DU handle ressies at Universal, specifically hotel/park packages, etc.? Or do I need to go to the Fan Club site and make my reservations personally?

Dreams does handle offsite hotel reservations, including the Hard Rock Hotel and Portofino Bay, though its DreamsRES subsidiary. Here is the link:

It does not allow you into more information for HRH and you can't book it online. How in the world do we get around all of this? A few weeks ago I sent off an e-mail to Dreams about the problem and never received a response.
