There was anorhter school shoothing in CA. And the high school was next to 2 other school and all of them r on lock down. What is up with all thes school shootings? It's getting to the point were it's not safe to go to school anymore.I mean with all thes school shootings u whould think someone saw the signs of ppl who r going to shoot up a school. But what do I know. Do u every fear going to school and being put in front of a gun? <IMG SRC="/infopop/emoticons/icon_confused.gif" alt="confused">

I think something is seriously wrong with the world today. How much can we endure until it comes to bringing a weapon to school to kill people. It is happening more everyday, and needs to be stopped. I think something should be done to prevent these from happening. Like metal detectors, or something. Just something so that it doesnt happen again. Maybe 2 one of us........

I agre with u Bratman but they do have things to try and prevent a shooting. But kids find a way to get guns in. And the guy that was doing the shooting USE to go to that school. He had a shotgun andf anorther gun. But it makes u wonder how safe r u at school? I mean this is a plce to learn not to get killed or it use to be. Whats going on?

Really! What is the world coming to? There are a lot of kids at my school that I think might crack. One kid wrote a bomb threat, and two of my friends found it! Then at our high school, there was a drug bust! It's sad when you see it on t.v., but when it hits closer to home, you makes you wonder; what was wrong with those kids that possesed them to do that, and could it happen to you one day.

School is supposed to be a safe learning environment!

I don't want this to sound stupid or anything, but these kids have probably never gone to Disneyland (or a peaceful environment) in their lives and suffer from extreme depression. This could happen to any school now, given the right (or wrong) circumstances.

I'm sitting here thiking bout all the school shootings in the past.People really should tell kids what to do if there here someone or a frined talking bout shooting up the school.. Has no one learnd any thing form the shooting in the past. These kids were not kidding. Don't people get it? We r not safe at school anymore these shooting r not going to stop unless someone says something.

You should here all of the lectures we get about school safety and when to talk to your guidance counslers. You would think they'd learn but they don't.

U have to wonder what pushed these kids over the edge. I mean I though these were the best years of our lives.

Sometimes you can't help but be scared. It kinda makes you wonder what the world has come to... last year there was a bomb threat at our school, and a lot of the schools in my area have had bomb threats. Now, in our school, if you make any sort of joke about killing someone or anything like that and a teacher hears you, you can get expelled. I kinda think that's going a little bit far, cuz everyone is just joking, but I guess it's better to be safe than sorry.

There was a kid in my school who made a hitlist, and my friend was on it! I was pretty creaped out but the police are involved now so its OK. It is really scary though.

I agree with you mousekateer~ More people need to experience a happy, care-free place. Lets take a field trip to WDW! :)

Carly, my friend told me about that.. her friend goes to Sandwich and she said he was really scared. Didn't they close school for a few days or something?
