I missed the postie today and there was a thingy though my door to say that I have to go and collect my package (which I can't do until Tuesday because of Holiday Monday in the UK). It must be from Disney since I send two postcards every day (one for me, one for mum) and have been doing so for months.
It is a silver tube, so I don't think it is the ears. Also, I think I remember reading that the lanyards came in brown packets.
Does anyone have any clue as to what it may be? This wait is going to kill me!

I am not speaking from experience, this is just a guess, but my first thought was a poster - something in the way of paper, rolled up in a tube. This leads me to think really fun thoughts of rare Disney art sent to you....I'd like to hear on Tuesday what it turns out to be.

Is it possible to win in the UK? I thought I read something way back that you couldn't. I hope I'm wrong, good luck.

Don't know what is in the silver tube - how exciting...make sure you let us all know what it is on Tuesday.
We won a hat way back in Feb..

Maybe the lanyards are being packaged differently for UK residents. It would certainly fit in a small silver tube. Did it mention the dimensions at all? Also, I would be curious to see if your prize is actually mailed from somewhere inside the UK or if it is mailed from the US -- maybe that would explain the need for the tube vs. envelope. Good Luck !!!

Hey Nobodies36.....I have a totally off the wall idea as to what is in that silver tube!
Maybe a map of DSAs all over the resorts! :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:
LOL...ok that's a topic from the community board, but anyone who knows what I'm talking about would know that such a map is in very high demand for a small percentage of WDW travelers

Sorry, just up (don't ask).
Anyway, mum picked up the package today and....it wasn't from Disney.
Someone send us a poster that we didn't know was coming.
I can't believe it! I have sent nearly 300 postcards away and nothing.
:confused3
Oh well, maybe next time. Sorry if everyone got excited.
