Hi

How many of you have booked through Dreams Ultd. This will be our first time. So far its okay, but have found it a little difficult to get extra prices from them :confused3 i.e dining plan and any other accomodation before I pay my deposit for a hotel that I might want to change to if the price is right.

i have booked with them for this July, only 2 nights in the Swan, but i have used them before. Have you tried emailing them?

I've booked 6 of my trips with Dreams Unlimited and they are great. E-mail your agent with any questions you have. My agent always replies within 24 hours (usually less). In the past I have booked a resort then changed it when AP discounts have become available or I have simply changed my mind about where to stay. This has never been a problem and the money already paid was transferred to the new booking.

I've used them for accommodation and our cruise. I never had any problems getting quotes from them for other options and had no problem when I changed my booking including cancelling accommodation altogether for our December trip.

We've used this time as well, though not for accomodation but for DCL. We found them to be fine so far :goodvibes

I have just booked a 16 night stay with them for this year. They are most helpful and I would recommend them to anyone. Its nice to have a personal service for once.
