AmEx White Glove Treatment - Any Info?

We booked our Land/Sea package using our American Express card and got the White Glove Treatment? Has anyone out there had the White Glove Treatment? If so, can you comment on your experiences and how to best use the perks offered. Thanks!

If you pay for your cruise entirely with AmEx there SHOULD be a coupon in your documents that explains what you get...it's nothing to get too excited about, but you do get:

*10% off purchases of $75 or more at Treasure Ketch
*10% off rentals in Castaway Cay

You used to also get a bridge tour (actually down in the bridge, not the overlook tour) but all bridge tours (including the overlook tour) were discontinued for security reasons.
