Anyone read Kevin Trudeau's Weight Loss Cure book? It sounds interesting, but I'm wondering about the specifics before I invest the money and time in it.

What do you have to do/eat during the 6 weeks that you're teaching your hippothalmus to eat better?

Basically he's a scam artist and his book is crap.
