I offer a Pirates Stern Chair for Pirate Hat (quest) and 1 HM Tree

For the Quest Pirate Hat and an HM Spooky Tree, you would have to add to the offer of a Stern Chair, perhaps another Pirate Item, IE Crow Nest Stool, Flaming Window, etc.
