Anyone ever have a package sent to the Vistana?

We'll be staying here this summer and need to have a package from work sent to us while we're there. Is it safe to assume that we will be able to do this and the package won't get lost? I've heard of people doing this on the resort boards and it always seems to work out fine. But I do worry a little bit when dealing w/non Disney places- only because it's new to me and I don't know what to expect and how the management is run here etc.
