I washed the outside of the house and unloaded a truckfull of gravel so darn it I figured that is worth at least 60 minutes so that brings my total up to 210/600 I guess I better get my butt in gear or I won't make my goal :sad2:

I have been so bad about reporting in. I'm sorry. I will do better.

So far this month I have 600/1500 min in, so at least I'm getting some exercise min for the month.

I was slowed down a bit by a minor medical proceedure and the awful smog from the various wildfires in our area, but my proceedure is behind me now and hopefully it will rain so that the firefighters can get the fires out. Today was quite a bit better out than it has been most of the week. I guess I can move indoors to exercise but that isn't nearly as much fun as being ablew to get outdoors.

Sat. 5/12: 120 minutes...consisted of aerobics, elliptical & bike

Sun. 5/13: 180 minutes...consisted of aerobics, elliptical, & walk

I made it!! Woohoo!!:cheer2: I'm so excited. I'm going to try & push myself to 1800 minutes now & it'll give me an idea of what my goal should be for June since this is my exercise challenge.

Yesterday was another great day! I walked 110 minutes with a friend ... we always have lots to chat about :chat: .

Spent most of the last 2 days at Great Wolf Lodge, so lots of stair climbing and walking. I added 300 minutes for that, including my 45 minute walk this morning. I am at 1400/1300 ~ Goal!

Yesterday 15 min abs/waist, 20 min walk morning, 45 min walk evening. Today 15 min abs/waist & 30 min swim brings me to 1298/1600 - 81% That leaves me about 43 min/day to make goal before I leave. I CAN DO IT!!! I WILL DO IT!!!

Sorry that I did not post this past weekend. I have gone no where with my exercise plan for the last two weeks. First a sinus and ear infection and when I got off the antibiotics, it was a stomach virus/migraine, which has been going on for a week. I am lucky I have been able to get to work.

I will post tomorrow.

5/27 We went to Cedar Point this weekend and did LOTS of walking. I'm going to count 2 hours for that, even though I'm sure it was much more. My pedometor showed that I took roughly over 20,000 steps that day.

Today-70 minutes on the treadmill for a new monthly total of= 1395/1200 :)

I didn't do so well this month. Whole family has been sick (at different times) for about 3 weeks now. We're taking turns! Anyway last week and this week has been my turn...a bad virus turned sinus infection so I have so slacked this month.

Anyway I'll post my total as 425...I'm sure I won't be exercising until I can breathe a little easier. Congrats to you all! See you on the June thread!

I haven't been good at all about checking in this month, and only somewhat better about exercising. My final total for May is 1400/1500 min.

I know I do better when I get here more often so all I can say is that I plan to be around more often and exercise more in June. :cheer2:

Congrats to all those who finished the May challenge. We had a lot of people who went above and beyond their original time. Keep up the hard work in June.

Sorry it took so long to post. I have been sick since Mother's Day and it doesn't seem to be getting better. In fact I now have more symptoms so I am off to the dr's office tomorrow. Maybe she can find out what's wrong.
