Sword game out no reward pin AHHHHHHHHHHHH

My my husband was playing and used his pin at 4:52 this afternoon and when the sword came out there was no pop up that said he got the pin. Actually no message at all. Now I no the lag is bad could it come later. So disappointing. So what is going on. It is ok that the lag is causing furniture pop ups to lag but that is just awful that he got no pin. What should I do :(

Have you checked the inventory to see if the pin is actually there? It's possible the pin is there but the lag has caused the message to not show up yet. If the pin is not there at all, then I'd be concerned.

I never received any messages about getting the sword and stone magic pin but when I checked my pins just a little while ago I had eight of them. Also I have picked up 42 hedges today but only received 3 messages. So check your pins. I hope it is there.

Yeah, you should check your inventory. Like I rode Peter Pan at like noon this morning and didn't get the message until like 3:00.

OK after he DC the pin showed up so all is good again. Was not there before the DC. Yeah he is happy now :)
