Updated before and after pictures

This was taken many moons ago (about 5 years), I weighed about 220 pounds in this picture.

It has been a very long journey and it is a journey I am still making but.....

This was taken two weeks ago, I weigh in at 157 pounds.

That's fantastic-what an inspiration! I'm so glad to see someone post before and after pictures. Last year, someone posted before and after pictures of her weight loss (I'm so sorry I can't remember who). Well, those pictures are what kept me going the most-when I saw the before and after pictures of her back-odd, I know, but those pictures really inspired me when I was at my lowest and hungriest. Thanks so much for posting these.

Before, progress and after pictures have always been a motivator for me so I am happy to read that my pictures have motivated some as well. I have worked so hard for this and I am so proud of my success, but I know that I can slip in a heart beat. I have learned on this journey that if I want to continue to look and feel good I have to stay committed to this journey for life. So even though I reached WW goal I am still plugging along day by day, week by week. We are all in command of what we put in our mouths and bodies so ultimately we are in charge of our destiny. We CAN be successful if we want it bad enough. We are in this together.....onward and downward we go!:cheer2:
