The DIS Divas are competing again - with Picture!

MaryJo, Califgirl, Kelly and I are representing the DIS at MouseAdventure Spring 2007. This time we have costumes (yes, lime green does make an appearance :rolleyes1 ) and are ready to do even better than last fall. If you will be participating on Sunday or will be in the parks, take a moment and introduce yourself.

Well, that was a fun read. :)

Califgirl is there already & signed us in today, and we're all meeting for breakfast tomorrow at the Lilo & Stitch breakfast at the Paradise Pier Hotel, then we take the big group photo and we're off again.

I didn't realize the picture links in the trip report post had broken, I fixed them :).


We had such a blast at the last MouseAdventure 4-29-07. The format was different, no photos this time. And we weren't allowed to use our cameras at all, so no pics.

I will say that we were properly attired with bling shirts that said "Diva" and LIME GREEN feather boas that were our DIS identifiers!! Thanks to Tink33 for outfitting us.
We looked MAH-VA-LOUS, dah-ling. And everyone was calling us the green boa ladies. I have no idea how we placed this year, as the results are not posted yet, but it was a BLAST.

We all met at PCH Grill to have breakfast with Lilo & Stitch, et al, to fortify ourselves for the busy day ahead. We knew that we would not have time to stop and grab a bite to eat during the game. While there we were visited by different characters, and we was able to snap a few shots with them

After our meal, we quickly donned the t-shirts and our green boas and we met up with the other players to take a big group picture before going to play the game. This time we met in the Paradise Pier ballroom, and played a trivia game. After the game we turned in our answers and got our packets with the quests.

Along with several other teams, we opened our packets and started going through the several sheets of paper to read the rules and understand and organize our quests. This time, we were taken to the hotels, Downtown Disney, Disneyland, and California Adventure. Like before, the day sped by and we were pretty oblivious to the show, although we did get a lot of attention about our green boas. :thumbsup2

We came in 13th place!! :woohoo:
