I injured my neck really bad this morning before I started class! I managed to sprain it by not doing anything!....

I was in the cafeteria before class started, I was sitting, and I turned to talk to my friend Bryan when all of a sudden I heard a really loud crack and all of a sudden my neck and right shoulder got really still and it was the most pain my neck and shoulder have ever felt. I don't know what I did. All I knew is when I stood it hurt, when I sat it hurt. Bryan and Anthony (my brother) got a dean, they helped me up and got me to the nurse. She checked me out and said I sprained my neck and was having constant spasms. I was taken home, and I've been resting and taken a hot shower, so I'll be fine. I just have plans to go to Six FLags Great Adventure with my friends tomorrow (for the 4th time since April 2nd) and Six Flags America next weekend, so I better be completely better by tomorrow.

My neck has been hurting all day. A guy in French offered to massage it (he wants to become a masseuse) It felt a little better after that, but now its sore again.

I've not done ANYTHING to hurt it.

Sometimes my neck will start hurting. I just put pressure on it.

I'm getting a random irritation behind my knees from my jeans. It burns, really bad.
This has never happened before.

My left thigh has been really tight since rugby practice on Monday, but it's no big deal and it should get better soon.

Tiger Balm works really well for aching muscles, just to let you know. Hope you're neck gets better soon! :)

That sucks! Once I dropped something and bent down to pick it up and my lower back was all numb and I couldn't walk. It got so bad that I had to roll out of bed and crawl into the bathroom to stand up. But the next day, once I put a heat wrap on it, I was ok.

And when I was little, my grandma was getting out of her car and broke her leg. Alls she did was get out normally and it broke! :confused3

Well, technically, you hurt yourself by doing SOMETHING, because turning your head is doing more than nothing.

But feel better soon!

I've done that to myself, when I sleep funny the night before.

Hope it gets better.

Thanks guys. I am feeling a bit better, and yes I'm going to Six Flags Great Adventure, this is what years of coaster riding has done to me. I'm sure I can do the Athritis Walk tomorrow....well I have no choice, but I'm 99% sure I'll be good for next weekend.

I've been there, felt that in all types of degrees. Just don't ignore it too much or it'll come back to bite you.

Have a good time at 6 flags.
