View Full Version : Lime Green Lanyards - for those of us who did not make it to DIS CON 2001

Is there any way those of us who did not go to DIS CON 2001 can get ahold of the VERY COOL limegreen lanyards? It would be the perfect way to combine three things for me - show my DIS colors, show off a few of my pins for trading, and carry my park ticket in an easily accessible place.

Any one know how I could get one (or two) of these?

I actually paid for two of those lanyards when I signed up to attend Dis-Con1. I had to cancel four weeks prior due to unexpected surgery, and not only did I not receive a refund, I never received my lanyards either. Is this sour grapes? Yes, it is. I requested the lanyards, nicely I might add, several times, as I thought that is the least that could be done for me, and not only did I not receive them, I didn't even get a reply back.:(

There is a DISer on the pin trading forum that makes great, thick, soft lanyards. I wish that he would make some lime-green ones to wear at WDW.

I'd buy one.

I sent him an e-mail and I'm just waiting for a reply.

Since the lanyards we received say DIS-CON 1, I am assuming we will receive new ones at DIS-CON 2. So for those of you that will be attending 2, hold on to see if we get new lanyards.
