Got back yesterday from our first trip to florida, already planning next years.

Not doing a trip report just some highlights of the trip.

Accomodation was basic but good, found north end of I-Drive similar to blackpool with all the cheap shops.

Seaworld, excellent park, although was disappointed with journey to atlantis thought it could have been a lot better. I didnt like all the preaching about saving the planet, when america are one of the biggest polluters.

Everything else at the park brilliant.

Only had one day at Busch Gardens, could have done with more time there, but couldnt fit another day in with everything else to do.

Enjoyed All Disney parks, expect magic kingdom, the reason being I had already done Disneyland Paris, so it was similar, the shows were excellent.

Really enjoyed fantasmic, I can understand why you have to get seated about an hour+ before it starts to get a good seat.

Universal Parks Excellent, they did seem busier than the disney parks.

Got Dream fast passes at Epcot after riding the vikings boat ride. Also got picked out at Mikes comedy floor.

Roll on next year, to do the things we didnt do this time.

Thanks for sharing your thoughts with us, Simon. Congrats on the dream fast passes. Would you be able to tell us a bit more about the Monsters Inc. Laugh Floor Comedy Club, please?

Its all cgi, but the acts are done in real time, so they can pick out anyone in the audience to have a laugh with, a camera points at you then a cast member with a microphone comes to you, you dont know they have picked you out until your face appears on a huge screen, the act asked me where I was from, then did a little rhyme about my name (simon), each show will be different as they would pick out different people. The only act you cant interact with is Mike as he does all the introducing of the other acts.

That sounds great, Simon, thanks for letting me know. I will look forward to seeing the show in September.
