Any info on Animal Kingdom breakfast or Polynesian breakfast?

What did you think?
Is it worth taking the time to eat breakfast here if you're not staying on-site?
What were the menu's like?

Any info appreciated thanks :)

I'm a big fan of the character breakfast at the Poly. Great characters (Lilo and Stitch, Pluto and Mickey, Chip and Dale when we went) and excellent food. You get sausages, bacon, scrambled egg, fried potatoes, Mickey waffles plus the delicious Hawaiian bread served "family-style" which means the server brings large bowls/plates/skillets of food that you serve yourself and pass around the table. The Poly is a lovely resort and well worth a visit plus you can easily take the boat trip/monorail to MK afterwards...

Hi Audrey, we did both in December.

We have done Donald's breakfast a couple of times and have always really enjoyed it. We had an early booking before the park opened. Our characters were Donald (of course), Mickey and Goofy and there was plenty of interaction without being rushed. Our server was great and made sure I was sufficently supplied with coffee ;) . The food is a buffet with the usual choices of pastries, cereals and then hot stuff, bacon, eggs, sausage and, my favourite, pancakes.

Our breakfast at Ohana's was booked for a later time, 10:00, as we planned a lazy day. This was our first time for this breakfast and we really enjoyed it. The characters were as Custard Tart mentioned although there was no Chip & Dale. Whether it was because of the late time I don't know but we had loads of time and fun with the characters which was really nice. The food was good and the Mickey Waffles are delicious (worth going for them alone ;) ).
