Wonder Cabin 6124 question....

We are 1st timers on DCL and am wondering if 6124 is a good room or should we request another? BTW we are sailing in April.

Great location. Deck 6 is great. Just a couple decks down to dining and entertainment. Just a couple decks up to the pools. And you're close to the aft elevators and stairs, but not so close that you need to worry about the noise. You'll have a transparent verandah railing. And you don't have a connecting door to an adjoining room.

When are you sailing in April? We are sailing on April 11. We are also first time cruisers.

We were in 6624 recently- same cabin but on the other side. There is a service door opposite and because of this there was quite a bit of noise on embarkation day while they were delivering luggage. Don't let this put you off though because after that it was great - very quiet with little passing traffic. We loved the location and would definately request it again. Enjoy your cruise!

We are in room 6633 right by you. It will be myself, husband, and three year old son. We might run in to you on the ship.
