Can we purchase a bottle of wine there or do we have to go off property?

You can buy little bottles of wine and other liquor at, I think, both of the Trading Posts! I don't remember if there were big bottles of wine -- maybe somebody else remembers. :)

I'm pretty sure I saw reg size wine bottles at the Settlement, but I'm not 100%. I do know the beer/liquor prices in all the WDW resort stores are crazy high ...

I bought a bottle of White Zin last time and it was the small bottle. Price =$9.99 a bottle. I would by off property.

You can buy alcohol (and kind actually) at both trading posts, although I think what was mentioned is correct, only the Settlement trading post has the full bottles.

If they both have the small bottles, just buy one from each and you'll have a big bottle!! lol ;)

I bring my booze with me, then use the trading posts for refills.
