Hello!
I am a Disney scrapbooker. All my other photos go into regular ablbums because I spend so much time on my disney scrapbooks. :rolleyes1
For the first time last year I made my dd an autograph book. It was great. As soon as we got home I was able to print the pictures and put them in the book. Instant scrapbook! Also this made my trip book have more room for more than just dd with the characters. It worked well for both of us.
I am doing the same thing again. I have Creative memory 7x7 disney album that someone gave me as a gift to get started on my dds autograph book. I was wondering if anyone knew how many pages it would hold?
I am trying to plan out how many charcter pages I will do. Normally I do a two page spread with the characters signature on one side and room for the picture. Last year I ended up taking two books. :scared1:
Thanks for your help! :yay:

I just checked the one I made for DS2, and it has 17 pages. I think it could easily hold 20 or so.
I like your idea of doing 2-page spreads, but I didn't do that on mine because we had so many photos and autographs, and I was doing an album for each of my sons. But then I had to cram a 4x6 photo and 4x6 autograph cards onto each small page (trimming as much as I could.) Some pages look fine, some look very cramped, and I used very little embellishment because there was NO ROOM.
Next time I think I'll try a slightly bigger page, maybe 8x10. (Now I just need CM to come out with a Disney coverset in that size...) :rolleyes1

I did the same thing, except I used 8x8 SandyLion albums and 3x5 tags for the autographs. The link above has photos from my albums. I wanted to try the CM 7x7 album, but the 1 inch difference meant I couldn't really embellish the pages.

I believe they will hold 2 sets of the refills in addition to what comes with it- so 36 for a total of 72 pages.

I've done simple, not too emblished pages and fit 40 pages (double sided of course)

I know the 12x12 albums are supposed to hold 40 pages, or something close to that. It comes with 15 and each refill is 15 pages. How many pages do the 7x7 albums come with?

Thanks so much for all the great tips!
The 7x7 came with 12 pages and I just put two reoders in for a total of 36 double sided pages. I do not plan on using too many embellishments- otherwise the book will weigh a ton.
I have decided to try a few one page per character for some of them but most I would still like to do the two page spread so that the characters have more room to write. Last year chip tried to write a note to my dd in a very small space. I can always add something if there is empty space when I get back.
Oh for fun I ordered the matching 12 x 12 album to my trip book in. ;)

I'm using 7x7 to make recipe books for my two DS, and I think 36 will be the most they can hold (and I've only used stickers as embellishments). The CM line is 3 packs max per album - except the landscape which only takes 2.

Me personally for my 7x7 CM albums I will only put 2.5 packs of pages in and it looks good. I know the extra 6 pages won't hurt it a bit but really it can't fit any more than that.
That's a lot of autographs :)

For my dd it will not be enough. She has a little notebook that she will be collecting autographs in as well. SHe is a true character hunter!

I have two of those albums and they have 21 and 22 pages in them and could hold more. I don't have a lot of embellishments in the books though and I just used the "snap packs" and a little bit of extra stickers and paper to decorate.
I do need to go back and add titles to the pages. It adds so much to the pages.
Your autograph books will be great.
