summer 7 month window question

I have a question. I am waiting on a answer from my DB about his vacation plans with us for Aug 18-Aug 30 . We want to get a 2BR preferred or standard at the BWV.. i own at OKW and I will be 6 months out .. I will know about his decision in mid. Feb.... do i have a chance to get this ressie?

If you don't need to borrow for this reservation, why don't you go ahead and book it and then cancel if your brother gives you a "no" next month?

Ditto to the above. As to availability you won't know until you call. However, that time of year at BWV is usually easier to get with the 7 month window than many other times, although a standard view is usually difficult.
