I recommend bringing a back pack. Inside you should put a bottle of water, maybe one of those misting fans, any maps or travel guides, sunscreen, maybe a snack (cuz some stuff in the park is expensive), and some other stuff (that i can't think of right now :) ) hope i helped!

I took a purse with a park map, some money, a camera, postcards and a pen (I wrote postcards 2 my friends while I was waiting for parades to start), some of that bath & body works anti-bacterial lotion stuff, and sunglasses. oh and my dad made me put in a little id card thing in case I got lost and something happened to me or something.

try not to bring a lot. infact, bring as little as possible. bring water and a snack, park map, and a little fan. if yopu have a stroller with you, you can bring a purse (a backpack one) and bring deoderant an d put it in there and then put it in the stroller.

My tip would be don't take too much. I don't really think it's neccessary to take a back pack. They get in the way on rides and are too big and heavy. I just took a small purse around my waist-(I don't know what you call them in America!!) Inside, I took a camera, sunglasses, hairbrush, lipbalm, money, small snack etc. You could take water if you want, but there are water fountains dotted around the parks which I always find useful. Also, if you're going to a park in the evening, take a sweater or something incase it gets cold. If you're staying in the park for a whole day, there are usually lockers which you can hire to put your stuff in. Travel light and have fun!

The water from the fountains in the park is warm & tastes absolutely terrible!! That's why I said bring a bottle of water... backpacks also don't get in the way that much on rides as there is usually places to put them (like those mesh bag things...)

I recommend a waist pack ( a small pouch to keep stuff in so it won't be hecktic when you're about to go on a ride) with water, cammra, Maps, suntan lotion, money, and gum( they don't sell gum and if you do bring it throw it away.) Try to bring less as possable.
