I'm a bit confused about the $200 deposit since I booked the total package including air through Disney's online site.
Will my airline rates be held or can they fluctuate until the full package is paid?
I didn't see any extra "requirement" that the airline must be paid in full when walking through the booking procedure.
You may want to call Disney to check. When I try to book airfare as part of a package it shows that immediate payment is needed for the airfare.

hmmmmm, when I booked my trip online I priced it both ways--airfair through Disney and on my own. When I added their airfair to my package I had to pay for it with my $200.00 deposit. That is strange that it didnt even come up on yours. Maybe I was crazy but I could have sworn that my minimum deposit with airfair was like $840.00, without airfair $200.00. If you were able to book airfair through them and able to put it on the payment plan then you got a deal. It wouldnt let me do that.

Whenever I have booked airfare, whether it be part of a package or by itself, full payment for the airfare is required at the time of booking. I beleive this is an FAA rule. I would check that your airfare was booked and you were charged for it.

OK, I called Disney to be certain of the deal. (Very nice CSR, BTW)
She said our flight was "bulk air" and could be paid over time.
Anyone know what's up with the bulk air? My guess is Disney buys up a certain number of seats on some flights for this purpose? :confused3
FWIW, Disney's cost was about $150 less than booking the flight straight through Delta.
I'm happy now. :cool1:

Thats even weirder, I have never found Disneys' airfare quotes to be compariable to what I can get on my own....maybe I should check into that..thanks

Can you check their prices on the airline that you want when you book through Disney?

I don't believe that it is bulk. I took the exact same fairs that Disney offered me (days & flight #'s with times ) with Airtran and went to the Airtran site. I had to buy them and got thier online pricing which saved me $120 on two tickets.
Shame on you Di$ney :confused3
