we have a FW novelty liscence plate that we bought and then realized that the van does not have a front plate attachement. i didn't want to drill into my front bumper to make one, so the plate has been hung over the mirror in our walk in closet. DD (2) loves looking at it when she is in there with me.

tons of other WDW stuff, but that is the only FW stuff in the house.

now the camper is another story. it looks like the meadows trading post exploded in there.

I've got lots of Ft. Wilderness Coquina sand in the back of my truck, and on my scooter, and in the corners of my tent.

Just like the bird seed from your wedding, it takes years to totally get rid of that stuff, and since I go back every year, I never totally get rid of it :love:

I've also got a Ft. Wilderness Tag on my truck.

I have a FW license plate in the window of our camper and the new floor mat. I liked the older logo better with Mickey and Minnie in the RV driving into FW. I have a few mugs and beach towels at home too.

I have the tire cover(for the travel trailer)..the one with the new logo. Mickey with the walking stick..white background. I see they have a black tire cover now.
I have a FW magnet on the fridge..with the old logo..Mickey with his musket.

We have a FW blanket in the TT. I think we bought it a couple of years ago. It has the characters sitting around the campfire. We also have the doormat in our TT, as well as our family picture from the HDDR. I know we have some other things but my brain isn't up yet.:rotfl:

We have a magnet, picture frame with a photo of the kids at the campfire, two ornaments and a door mat. Did anyone see a blanket with "Fort Wilderness" on it. I noticed they carried one at the Lodge with their logo on it...

I've noticed a Fort Wilderness blanket in the stores over the last few years, it's the one where they're sitting around a campfire I believe. I know for sure I saw it at both trading posts a few months ago.

You know -- it's funny. I don't have any single item but I redid my kitchen and family room in dark browns and shades of gold and blue last fall and it definitely has a FW feel to it. I've got vintage tin signs, a couple of old samplers, and a baby quilt up on the walls. :lmao: Looking around at it all right now, I am pretty sure I was channeling Trail's End and the Outpost when I was doing it.

ok, since you opened this up to campers i will share....

we have the FW floor mat - it goes in the camper, though, not out. i don't want to get it dirty - how lame is that? that is what is made for!!!!

we HAD the mickey hitch plug cover (note the HAD) but DH lost it one time when i LET him drive my van and he bottomed the rear out coming out of a parking lot. i freaked and told him he just lost my mickey.....he said it was fine, and sure enough when we got back home mic was gone. we returned to the scene, but no mic was in sight....i am sure someone pulling out of the collegeville dinner got a treat that day. i WILL be picking another up in Aug. (and DH will not be permitted to drive my van anymore - except when we are towing and my hitch plug cover is secure in my glove box)

we have a FW spare tire cover on the camper - the orginal with the musket. it is fading bad though and i fear we will have to replace with the non musket version shortly.

we have the FW blanket in the camper as well as several FW magnets that we keep inside for posting park schedules and such for easy viewing.

We keep out FW mugs in the camper at all times.

i am sure i will be collecting a few more in Aug

I look on Ebay a lot for FW items. Mostly see pins and occasionally I see a vintage poster, pack of matches or brochure. Neat, none the less but not needed lol. I could start a new post "gee look everybody at my 1977 FW matchpack" and post a picture of it. LOL. One thing I wish I had bought more of was the beach towels for $9.99 that they were selling cheaper because a new logo was out. This was last year and I bought one. They were at the Meadows.

its probably an older version picked up at the outlet store for a steal :eek:

We did an afternoon stroll around the Fort last week. They had two types of blankets. One was Mickey, Minnie, etc. around the campfire. The other was a Chip and Dale type blanket. I saw the hitch cover too, but as others said, it is plastic. I'll stick with my steel Mickey ears that I can lock on there.

Did anybody buy the trailer hitch cover? I saw it last week and almost bought it but it seems like cheap plastic and i wasn't sure how it would hold up. I am sorry now that i didn't buy it though, lol. There are so many things i wanted in that store!

We've been regretting that also...Just seemed like alot of money for it at the time, but we'd love to have it now! I have Xmas ornaments and borrowed the soap/shampoo things that I have in my bathroom :rolleyes1
