It seems like a dream now!!! My twins are waking from their nap now so I'll have to update this later. Let me just say it was TRULY MAGICAL and was beyond our wildest dreams and if it happened to us, it can happen to YOU!!! BTW, we were at MGM on the BackLot Tour Ride on Friday, April 13th when we were approached...Yes, Friday the 13th!!

I definitely have pics! I also started a trip report today so look for that. The "Dream Team" approached us at 12 noon. Actually, they approached my Dh and Ds. I skipped the ride since the twins were sleeping. They just happened to be at the right place at the right time!! Apparently, the time, park, attraction or location is pre-determined and whoever is there wins!! They told us that there was one given away at Downtown Disney at a specific water fountain at a specific minute!!!

I'll have to update this more tonight...sorry! The babies are getting into my office drawers!!

I wondered if they gave away the Castle Stay at other parks. I was under the impression it only happened at the MK. Did you guys get to ride in a parade?

Okay, I had time to download a few pics of our magical suite! Did I mention that this happened on the very last night of our stay? What a way to end a great vacation!! Even my Dh felt the magic of Disney:wizard:

This is the main part of the suite with 2 queen beds that have heavenly mattresses I must say! On the opposite wall was a beautiful fireplace with a fake fire, but magically looked like a fire actually burning and even had the sound effects of the fire sparks. The sound could be turned off with the touch of a remote!! Above the fireplace was a plasma TV that was playing the Cinderella movie when we arrived. When the tv was turned off it changed into a mirror. I'll have to find a pic of that side of the room. Oh, BTW, the floor...well, it actually sparkled!! My Dd loved sitting on the floor (which was super clean) and what just did me in was when I got up in the middle of the night and the floor was still sparkling in the pitch dark...how? I have no idea...must be magic!! I really felt like I was living in a fairytale...we all did.

Next, the 4x4 massive pool/I mean tub!!! Look at the mosaic wall behind it and the columns. The tub had beautiful colored lights shining through the water. The ceiling above was a night scene with shining stars!

This was the room my son stayed in. This was taken after the complimentary turn down service. He also had his own plasma tv with a huge remote with its own touch screen. He loved being in there!

We could have!!! We had to pass on that incredible opportunity since it was already quite a long day for our babies. Instead we stayed in the suite awhile and just took everything in.

It felt like an out of body experience! I still can't believe that really happened to us. The day flew by...I mean....super fast!!! After we left MGM, we had to go back to our resort (SOG) and pack everything up for the night. We had to be down in the lobby at 4pm to be picked up. Even though we were taken straight to the castle, somehow our luggage got there before us and was neatly placed in a beautiful built-in wardrobe cabinet. We had about an hour before dinner at CRT then we went on rides/attractions until the Spectromagic parade where we had VIP seating. Let me tell you, the feeling that overwhelmed my body and soul when every single character in that parade made a point to turn around and wave to our Ds7 was unbelievable! The whole evening was geared toward him and how appropriate for Disney to do that for the children!!!

How old are your twins? I've wondered what they do for very little ones there, like a special castle pak n play!

Our twins are 13 months. They were ready to send up 2 cribs or pack n plays, but we decided to let each baby sleep with us since there were 2 queen size beds and our older Ds took the sleeper sofa in the connected room. I just thought they would feel more secure sleeping with us in yet another strange place.

Wow. I am so pleased for you, we were there over Easter and I used to look up at the castle and imagine a happy family in the suite.:banana:
When the team approached your DH did he have any idea at all ?
What was it like waking up to an empty park?
We were the first riders at Splash on 1st April and were given our smaller prize, which we were so pleased with; we had actually forgotten about the Million Dreams until the CM came up to us.

Awwww congrats!! I was hoping to be approached during our visit but nothing happened. I saw a few people who were visited by the dream team. Mostly saw Mickey Ear YOAMD hats, 1 family had FP's in AK. There was 1 family that won the Cinderella Suite while we were there, they were in the parade at MK. I'm sure it was very exciting. Congrats!!!!

And funny, I have twins also, but mine are identical boys who are 7.5 years old. And I have a baby who just turned two in Feb. So we are like opposites!
Everyone laughs when I tell them about the 3 boys and the Cinderella castle stay-but as you know, they really enjoyed it.
I saw your DS got a 'dream' mickey on the pull out couch. We got the same for all three boys with a note from Tinkerbelle. Did you get a note too? Oh, and did you catch the washcloth shaped into cindy's slipper? That was awesome.
Did you get to enjoy the tub?? I wish I had but the night we won it was the PnP party and we were out in the park til 1am, so there was really no time at all. I wish we had more time in the suite just to soak it in. And then it was over. So fast. I want to do it again!!

How neat that we both have twins!! Yes, we received all of those wonderful things. We did not have time either to enjoy the tub ourselves, but I did bathe the twins in it and they loved the lights!! What a wonderful experience!!

Wow! I'm so happy for you and your family. I just can't tell you how excited I am for you. I've showed our DDs the pics and oh, how they would love to live out that dream. I've explained to them that we have six chances but there will be alot of people there. And our chances aren't the best but it could still happen and then if it doesn't we'll still be at WDW.

We have a little surprise for them in store. We'll be staying at AKL and they think we're staying at Pop.

OK, I'm an engineer with an extreme home... My kitchen floor sparkles. I have an all out extreme disney kitchen, and the floor in my kitchen is purple with 3-D glitter. Its the same exact floor (brand and all) thats in figment Meet n greet at Epcot. (but mine dont sparkle at night... at least not without a little light) So... since I'll probably never get to actually "see" this floor... I have afew questions: Was it a MARBLE floor? Was it lit up? (fiber optic) or more of a reflective? Was it anything like the concrete that lights up as your leaving Epcot? Just trying to squeeze out any tiny details I can use for my home!!! :thumbsup2
