We've won two sets of ears and two lanyards with DL pins, and I just wondered if anyone had received anything else from their postcard entries...

I've won ears and lanyards. Someone else posted they won a night in the castle - which means they won a prize of the same value. They got a box of goodies (YOAMD merchandise like mickey and minnie plushes) and a gift card for $377!!:)

My family of 5 has been sending cards since April. We have 5 lanyards and 3 sets of ears. It seems to be about a 3 month turn around time from when your card is selected as a winner so don't give up hope :)

I still have the postcards I bought at the postoffice, but they say 24c on and I don't have any 2 cent stamps :rotfl: I haven't sent any in for the longest time and when we were at WDW a month ago, my DD and nephew were wearing the ears in the parks, guess that would be a reason maybe that we didn't get picked for anything?

Wearing the ears while at Walt Disney World would have NO effect at all on your chances to win a YOAMD prize.They are given out by a completely random process.:)

My son recieved a lanyard 4 days ago, which I thought was amazing because I only sent 2 or 3 postcards in his name. We've won one other lanyard, and a set of ears, this past summer.

Then, yesterday I got yet another certified mail notice - but not like the others that were for lanyard and ears packages. This one says it is a letter from WDW, not a package. Anyone else get a letter?? What could it be? I probably won't get it until Tuesday, so I get to wonder for a few days!

Are you sure it says letter and not parcel?I don't want to get you excited because it could be a number of things,but because it is a certified letter I would guess you have won one of the other prizes!WOW!Of course this is JUST a guess-don't get excited until you open the letter-then you won't be so disappointed if it is something routine.:)

Yup, it was another lanyard! The other two lanyards we have won were clearly marked as package, not letter, so this one seemed different. Oh well, I'll have to wait a little longer for that DVC prize!

I've won the pins and Laynard last April, the Mickey Ears in May and I just won another set of pins and laynard in Oct.

I am waiting for the big prize, because I am sure, someone was not at the proper place and the proper time to win something big, so they have to put it back in the pot for a post card member to win.
