Hilton Head in May

Just curious how HH is during the month of May. Do they have activities at the DVC? How is the weather?

May is a great time at HH. The weather is delightful, the ocean is warm enough to swim and the resort and area activites are in full swing. Another benefit is that the crowds have not yet returned, as it is between the busy spring break season and the busy summer season.

We, too, are planning a trip to HH in May, the week after Memorial Day. This is our first trip to HH and I am looking for any and all suggestions/tips/recommendations!!

Parroting what Doc mentioned....May is a great time at HH. There were plenty of things going on at the resort. The temps were great. It was dry our entire time there this past May. The restaurants are not packed yet. Very little tourist traffic. We are headed back this May.

Us too. We're planning our first trip to HH with our friends. Great to hear that May is a good month, but now I'm worried that the rooms will all be booked.
