Hi Guys
PLease can someone who knows please answer me. I'm staying in a villa through Virgin and I know that the company who own the villa's are not there all night - but I'll be lucky if I reach the place to book in much before 8pm.
What will happen if there is no-one there?? Will there be a Virgin rep at the airport? Will we be sleeping in the car!!! Help Me Please!!!
On the plus side - only 8 days left to go !!!! Woo Hoo!!!

Hi
We had a villa with Virgin a couple of years ago. The rep met us at the airport and gave us an envelope with directions to the company's office and instructions on how to get our keys if the office was closed. It was closed, so we had a code to put in a security box outside the office and inside there was an envelope with our name on it containing our keys and directions to our villa.
I hope this helps :) :)

We have often arrived at Orlando on a weekend and the Management Company are not around, you will get instructions as Owjay says.
There are always Virgin reps. at the airport.
It may be worth just contacting Virgin if it will make you feel easier.

Virgin Desk at Airport is just the other side of baggage re-claim (2nd one).

Stop worrying and panicing it's going to be ok.:)
i know what's going through your head wondering what & what if, but it's right what the other have said already . :thumbsup2
We had a Virgin villa the first time we went WDW .
It was all ok and got in with a pass number to get the key to open the villa door. Once inside it was magic and did'nt want to come home again.
We know rent through a private owner and still love the villas out there.:woohoo:
