Can anyone give me any feedback on this theme dinner. i have already been to the Pirates Adventure on I-Drive and wanted to try something different my son is 9 and thinks this looks amazing, would he enjoy it?
Also there is a royalty package offered for an extra $10 per person where you get preferred seating, dvd, banner - has anyone taken this package before? if so, did you think it was worth paying the extra

We've been there a few times and enjoyed it. You sit in a large stadium and the show has a lot of knights on horses, jousting and that sort of thing. I haven't been there in years though, so it may have changed. I think your son will enjoy it.

The Cable Guy version didn't bear too much resemblence to reality (biggest difference...they most definitely do not have audience participation like that!!). But there is a lot of jousting and sword fighting with sparks flying that would probably appeal to your son. They do some dressage demonstrations with the horses, too...as a horse owner, I was utterly entranced and fascinated, but I think most of the audience had no clue what they were watching and just wanted the fights to start up again.
Each seating section roots for a particular knight, and depending on the outcome of the competitions, one of the knights emerges victorious at the end of the evening.
