Snow!!

Living in North Carolina, we get snow usually once a year and in small amounts. But it started snowing last night around 7 and it hasn't stopped yet at 9:15 in the morning! We've gotten 7 inches already. Plus the weather people say there's another system headed our way that should drop a few more inches on us this afternoon! I love snow!! I look out my window and everything is a shining pure white. It's just gorgeous!
So here are my questions: Do you enjoy snow? And have you gotten any this season?

i love snow. living in illinois you would think that we would have had a lot already, but we only have had about 1 in. so far. i want a blizzard or something.

I love snow! but after it's been there for a while it gets really ugly cuz people walk all over it and on the side of the road it gets all dirty and kinda gross-looking. but I still love snow! It snowed here on Christmas-that was awesome cuz it hadn't snowed all year- but now it's all melting.

I LOVE snow so much! I live in Pennsylvania so either we get a ton of snow dumped on us all at once :)(usually when a Noreaster hits) or only like a few inches the entire winter :(. I totally agree with you though. Snow is so beautiful. As of yet, we haven't gotten any snow yet, but that big storm that's coming up the coast is supposed to hit us Sunday. Yay! Maybe no school on Monday! :D

I have never seen a white Christmas. My mom told me that when I was two, she woke me up and I immediately ran to the window, got this dissappointed face on and went "Where's the snow?" I thought that the two just came together. Christmas & snow. Oh well. :rolleyes: It's STILL snowing, though. And now it's coming down really hard. There's sooo much here! EEEEE!!!! Everything is sooo gorgeous here! I love it!

We got snow this morning and it is still snowing in Delaware at dinner time!!!! I just came in and I love snow, even if it is chilly! So let it snow, let it snow, let it snow!

OMG!! IT SNOWED AT MY HOUSE TODAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!
There was a mixture of ice and snow on the cars and then my sisters friend called and said to look outside cause it was snowing at her house! AND GUESS WHAT??? It was at my house too!!! I have never seen it before!!! At school everyone was talking about it!! We took some pics...maybe Mom will upload them soon!

I'm glad you guys in the south got some snow :)
We're suppossed to get snow on sunday....which means my first day back to school after vacation may be a snow day :) :) I highly doubt this will happen but a girl can dream :) :)

Here in Long Island we usually get snow often....we haven't had any snow this year but we are suppossed to get some snow on Sun...hopefully we wont have ne school on Mon...that would be awesome!!!!! :bounce:

Everywhere it usually snows it hasn't snowed yet (except for Buffalo- lol) and where it doesn't snowed, they're getting pounded!! It's so unfair!! I really want snow, but like others have said, hopefully Sunday!!

No snow in Philly thank goodness! I like snow but we have no snow days this year...we gotta make up all the school we miss. In the past few years we've gotten decent amounts of snow, I remember the huge blizzard of like '92 (??????????) though. That was awesome! My aunt lives in Raleigh NC so she called us to tell us all about the snow lol

Everyone else seems to be getting snow but us!!! Last year we got like 48 inches or so, and I had absolutely NO time to go skiing! And now we have like less than 1 inch and I have all the time in the world! lol *sigh* I really hope we get some more cuz it's freezing up here!! Plus I haven't used my ski's yet and they're freshly waxed so I can't wait to go flying down the hill!!!
